Rich and Tiago de Cultura Londres at the Latin Rap Conference (New York City 0ct.2006)
Cultura Londres is a Latin Hip Hop group based in London England mixing Spanish and English vocals combined with conscious lyrics and thickly sliced break beats heavy hip hop with a London edge. They are currently working on a debut album and a second five track EP due for release in the summer of 2007. As well as the usual emcee and deejay combination Cultura Londres also performs on stage as a live band with guitars, bass, synths, drums, and percussion handled by Eric Bobo (son of the late great Latin percussionist Willie Bobo) they always make efforts to include a strong visual element to their shows incorporating live Capoeira (Brazilian fight-dances) and Flamenco artists their performance.
Debut EP "Todo"
Fresh out of London Latin Hip Hop group Cultura Londres drops their debut EP “Todo”. The debut album features collaborations from Latin Hip Hop heavyweights as Cypress Hill’s Eric BoBo, Kemo the Blaxican, and Kinto Sol’s El Gordo as well as some of the new school of the Latin Hip Hop movement, Sekreto from Sones del Mexside and MC duo Big Quarters from Minneapolis.
