BrownPride.com : How did you first get involved in the music business?
p.s.y.k.o. :
I have always been a big fan of hip-hop since the late 80's. For the past three years, I have been more involved in going to shows and becoming well respected by soldiers and some artists themselves by showing my support and spreading their music and their movement. In Los Angeles there are shows cracking all the time and I live here so I make the effort and support our local hip-hop talents.
BrownPride.com : How did the Sick Side Army Compilation Vol. 1 and 2 come about?
p.s.y.k.o. :
The compilation/mix-tape came about from the homies at Atdaggersdrawn and myself, and some local hip-hop heads being fans of the infamous sick side movement. They wanted to show their appreciation and support by dedicating a free downloadable online mix-tape to the worldwide sick side, the movement is an infinite movement led by our generals and this mix-tape is dedicated to their street Intelligence and Knowledge they fed us over the years. I give a big shout to all those sick ass artists that respectfully gave us their works of art for us to use on this sick side arsenal.

BrownPride.com : As one of the members of the Sick Side Army what does the S.S.A. represent to you?
p.s.y.k.o. :
Freedom of real expression, knowing what we represent as sick siders spreading the truth to the people who have been blinded by contaminated bullshit to lead them to believe that what gets played on the radio or whatever is real shit,
can’t be sheep and follow the false path. This sick side army is worldwide and spreading, awakening those who want answers and self rebellion from whatever has mislead them, like my homie Wish had said before, we aren’t a gang or an
organized crime unit or whatever, we're beyond that shit, we're mentally grown and too intelligent, enabling every member that they're their own leader in their own path to teach others.
BrownPride.com : Recently you've been putting together local hip-hop shows.
p.s.y.k.o. :
Yeah, I’ve been putting a couple shows together, with the help of some of the artists themselves who I have supported, gave support back and that’s a big form of respect coming from them. We went from there so lookout for some good ass hip-hop shows coming to your local venue, bar or nightclub!
BrownPride.com : I heard you are now managing a local hip-hop crew called "Detour"?
p.s.y.k.o. :
I saw my homie Pay-roll doing his thing and he had a couple of his homies doing the beats and being lyricists themselves, so I told them if they wanted to jump on a lineup a homie had for his show, so they agreed and gave
themselves that title as a group and now they're doing their thing getting good lineups with some well known artists like Flycat of Sick Symphonies Italia, Hip-Hop legend Kemo the Blaxican, Sekreto, Sicko Soldado, Krazy Race, 2MEX and the list goes on, they have a blog on their page where you can download their first album (mix-tape) for free on myspace.com: www.myspace.com/detourcrew

BrownPride.com : Any last words for the BrownPriders out there?
p.s.y.k.o. :
Well thank you for this opportunity to get some of my point of views of what I’m about and what I represent and what I support, basically to everyone out there just do their thing you know, each one teach one. Everything I’m about is hip-hop and I’m here to support that, speak what people want to hear not what we heard, I have a few homies I looked up to and they always say "this is real spit" and that shit is the truth, I’m there for the movement and to help people minds unclear if they ever need to know anything and a better picture of what I represent, questions? I'll try to give you an honest answer.
con respeto carnal,
